Rachel Pfeffer hails from Western Massachusetts, and currently lives in DC. She graduated in 2008 fromBrandeis University with a BA in Sculpture and a minor in English. After graduating she worked at the Boston Museum of Science, during which she started making and selling jewelry in her living room.
At the end of the year she decided to focus on jewelry full time, and currently designs and hand-makes pieces for her own line, Rachel Pfeffer Designs, which has an international fan base.
Rachel’s work has been featured in many publications and websites, including Bust Magazine, Time Out New York, and Nylon.com, to name a few. She was recently made an Etsy Featured Seller.
Rachel’s jewelry aims to be simultaneously clever and beautiful. Her work appeals to all tastes, whether you are in the market for a chunky amethyst geode ring, or a tiny bicycle tie tack.
